Oh, those Russians

The online system of Russian bank. I transferred some amount from one account to the other, entered source, destination, amount secret code, pressed enter and got this:

From one hand there's clear statement the transfer is successful, but why do they show me buttons what in the same clear manner order me to make transfer and confirm it the secret number? And why the hell do those buttons look like disabled? Have those morons ever read any UI guidelines? Or, probably, they came to the bank IT department from a primary school and there was nobody in this Nigeria in the Snow who could point them out about the least rules?

And what should i do now? Close the page? Press the one of grey buttons? And which one? What is expected to be done first "transfer" or "confirm"? Or both?

Answer.
Risked to close page (yes! i do not pressed "Close" or "Back" or "Return" - there're no nonsenses like these at all - really why does Programmer the Great need to spent his time implementing them if there's one cross button in the browser already?), reopened it and the miracle! Transfer really has token place. Alleluia!
