Somehow it started to work. And it disabled DHCP protocol as its first action. Sure, it is real threat. Everything in 192.168.*.* must be disabled ASAP.
Enabling it back appeared much harder than remembering ifw options. Actually i did not found a way to. I would like to see that creature with big eyes, green skin, long hands and bold skull who had invented such crazy software.
